We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a large company in the industrial sector.

This individual will assume strategic responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts, with a mandate to ensure their sustainability, profitability, and growth.

Job Summary Working with the Sales Management team, the successful candidate will orchestrate all management, retention, and development activities for a portfolio of established strategic accounts.

This role differs from a prospecting or current market development function: it focuses on consolidating existing business relationships and optimizing their long-term value.

Main Responsibilities Assume full accountability for managing a portfolio of major accounts within the industrial sector Develop a deep understanding of each client''s specific business challenges to identify growth opportunities (upselling and cross-selling) Develop, implement, and periodically review strategic account plans Represent the organization as the primary point of contact with key decision-makers and build lasting relationships of trust Ensure close collaboration with internal teams (operations, engineering, customer service)
