Provides engineering and technical support for current products and new product launches Interfaces with customer quality representatives concerning quality problems and assures that effective corrective action is implemented Interprets customer specifications and requirements Applies and maintains quality operating system requirements and standards Maintains good internal and external supplier quality levels Serves as primary quality resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement Designs and implements methods for process improvement, testing and inspection Develops and analyses quality metrics COPQ & IPPM Ability to log into corporate supplier portal and access and navigate applicable customer portals Participates in supplier development and monitoring activities Participates in audits, including determining proper corrective and preventative actions Abide by all Company policies including, but
