Our client in Dorval in the metal industry is currently looking for a sales coordinator.

You will report to the Sales Manager and may have some other tasks as required Advantages 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday Salary 45,000$-50,000$ Commission Structure (up to 5,000$ -10,000$) Full benefits Medical and Dental 80% Pension Plan 2 weeks vacation Parking lot Work for a leader in the industry Responsibilities Responsibilities: Data Entry Responding to customers quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and concerns.

Coordinating shipping schedules and communicating stock availability to ensure orders arrive on time.

Processing of customer orders.

Promoting the Companys product line.

Sourcing non stock items.

Quotation follow-ups.

Back-order management.

Work closely with the Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives, Credit Dept, Warehouse Operations, and other departments in the company.

Review incoming contracts, agreements, and purchase orders for accuracy before routing them to Finance and Legal for final approval.

Finding solutions to customers demands and issues.

Qualifications Position Requirements: Bilingualism (oral and written) French and English clientele.

English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. 2 to 5 years experience in similar functions preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to work well with a team or individually.

Positive and proactive attitude.
