Our client, a leading organization in the professional services industry, is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Mailroom & Print Services) to join their team. As a Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Mailroom & Print Services), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Office Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Mailroom & Print Services)

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

- Sorting and distributing mail and office supplies, including interoffice, couriers, and overnight mail
- Delivering mail and printing projects throughout the customer's site
- Coordinating and preparing printing projects, including electronic file conversion, document scanning, and enhancement from start to delivery
- Downloading jobs from email or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting, and finishing
- Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy

What's Needed?

- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centre
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Kofax software
