As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll report directly to the Facility Manager. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the preventative maintenance of critical building systems. Your expertise will help in troubleshooting issues and coordinating contractors effectively, driving an efficient and compliant work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on systems
- Coordinate emergency service responses and contractor oversight
- Monitor efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems
- Document maintenance activities through CMMS
- Participate in after-hours maintenance as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience in building systems maintenance
- Strong HVAC and plumbing knowledge
