Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations on various job roles
- Create and amend existing job class specifications
- Manage all reclassification inquiries and requests




- Act as quality control for compensation decisions
- Support compensation projects and policy implementations

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field
- At least 5 years directly related experience
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Maintain required security clearance at all times
