Reporting to the Head of Partner Relations, you will enhance the Partner experience by managing skill growth, performance, and compliance. Your focus will be on implementing strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Collaborate with various stakeholders and continue to promote a culture of respect and support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Partners’ competency in business management
- Execute United’s Vision, Mission, and Values
- Conduct calibration walks with customers and staff




- Manage onboarding and training processes regionally
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve social media presence

Requirements:

- Five years' experience in the janitorial sector
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Strong task management and planning skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Multilingual skills preferred (English, French, Spanish)
