Join the OSMH Foundation as the Director of Major Gifts and play a pivotal role in advancing fundraising strategies. Engage major donors to support impactful health care initiatives.

In this leadership position, you will report directly to the CEO and drive all aspects of major gifts and legacy giving. Your responsibility will include managing a diverse portfolio of 100-125 donors while collaborating with your team to ensure campaign success.

The ability to build relationships and design fundraising strategies is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead major gifts fundraising campaigns
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key donors
- Develop comprehensive campaign plans and targets
- Produce cultivation and stewardship materials
- Oversee team performance and budget management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in fundraising
- 7-10 years in leadership roles
- Experience in health care fundraising preferred
- Certification from CFRE is an asset
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
