What You’ll Do Day-To-Day:
- Supports departments with general office tasks (phones, mail, typing).
- Prepares and edits complex documents with technical content.
- Manages budgets, tracks finances, and reconciles expenses.
- Leads and mentors other Administrative Assistants.
- Adjusts tools and processes to meet job needs.
- Handles project tasks: filing, reports, timekeeping, and tracking.
- Assists with cost center and job cost setup.
- Coordinates travel, meetings, and presentation materials.
- Resolves complex administrative issues and supports others.
- Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules.
This role will be based on-site and will provide direct support to our field team.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Exercises discretion with confidential matters.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
- Advanced communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
- Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions quickly.
Total Rewards Package:
- Salary: $37.20 - $48.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
