As part of the Shared Services team, you’ll represent OTIP's brand by delivering exceptional client service and managing critical administrative tasks. Duties include processing correspondence, providing support for payment processing, addressing client inquiries, and utilizing the Applied Epic Broker Management System for policy transactions. Your efforts will directly enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:



- Process and route incoming correspondence promptly - Assist clients with navigating the Orbit Client Portal - Triage email communications from brokers and clients - Audit policy information and manage billing adjustments - Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements as requested
Requirements: - Strong communication skills with clients and partners - Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of insurance portals is an asset - Previous experience in a brokerage setting preferred
