Personal Lines Account Manager
Locations: North Bay, ON; South River, ON; Sutton and/or Keswick, ON
Ontario Insurance Network is currently recruiting a personal lines insurance broker for multiple locations, as noted above.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to incoming calls and servicing client needs
- Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes
- Offer insurance advice to clients, process changes, and enter changes into BMS and company portals
- Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims
- Provide quotes to recent clients and cross sell existing accounts.
- The candidate MUST be RIBO licensed with a minimum of 3 years experience.
