Teen Support Worker – Weekday Mornings & Afternoons
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable individual to spend time with our amazing teenage daughter. The position is primarily weekday mornings from 6:30–8:30 a.m. and 3–4 afternoons per week from 4:00–8:00 p.m.
Our daughter has cerebral palsy, uses a walker, and is non-verbal. She is a joyful, social teenager who loves being out in the community and enjoying fun activities. We are looking for someone who will not only provide support but genuinely enjoy spending time with her and helping her have a fun and active day.
Some of Her Favourite Activities
- Swimming
- Horseback riding
- Starbucks runs
- Visiting the mall
- Play places and other fun community outings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving and assisting a teenager with physical disabilities
- Willing and comfortable assisting with personal care
- Enjoys spending time with teenagers and has a warm, positive, and engaging personality
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or using non-verbal communication is an asset, but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential

Job Type: Part time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
