JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible of planning social, recreational and educational activities to maintain or promote maximum levels of independence and stimulation of patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general studies (GED) plus an additional program in the field of human services or social sciences of over six months and up to one year or equivalent;
Experience in educational settings, amination, recreation, intervention or helping relationships in an asset;
Ability to organize group or individual activities;
Autonomy, organizational skills, creativity and adaptability;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
Valuable previous work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to qualified ethics principles,
to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by Vitalite Health Network.
