In this vital position, you will oversee the Project Design department within the Decoustics and Strongsville Wood divisions, leading a team of Senior Project Coordinators and Supervisors. Your role encompasses scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring high-quality shop drawings using AutoCAD.

Engaging collaboratively with clients will also be crucial for addressing technical inquiries and improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and manage a team of 8–9 design professionals
- Oversee project schedules and team performance evaluations




- Ensure accurate shop drawings are created in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients to resolve design issues
- Manage billing and invoicing for external freelancers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural design or engineering
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven leadership in managing design teams
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of Solid Works is plus
- Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
