This role, reporting to the Vice President of Asset Protection, focuses on the organization and coordination of all maintenance activities for Co-op properties. You will develop preventative maintenance schedules while addressing safety-related incidents and managing contractor relations.

Strong communication and planning skills will be essential in supporting the team and ensuring all expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and follow preventative maintenance guidelines
- Organize and direct all maintenance work orders
- Prepare annual budgets and major repair lists




- Ensure compliance with fleet vehicle safety standards
- Collaborate with Health and Safety specialists on hazards

Requirements:

- Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Journeyman Trade certification is advantageous
- Minimum of 7 years supervisory experience required
- Must exhibit solid interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to work independently
