Prioritizing team success, you will enhance WSP's wildlife service footprint through effective mentorship and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct project execution for diverse wildlife initiatives
- Foster mentorship and employee engagement in the team
- Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with directors for multidisciplinary solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
- At least 8 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Professional designation or eligibility for registration
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
