Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business plans for maintenance operations
- Oversee facility and mechanical maintenance activities
- Manage CMMS,



including schedules and inspections
- Plan maintenance to reduce operational interruptions
- Track maintenance performance via key metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification
- Minimum of five years in systems maintenance
- Project management or supervisory training a bonus
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance standards
- Proven decision-making and budget management capabilities
