Become a Family Physician with Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo, improving health equity in the community. This role can adapt to part time or full-time commitments based on your availability.

The Health Centre is looking for a Family Physician to engage with a diverse client population. You will provide comprehensive medical care, educate clients, and assist Nurse Practitioners within a team-based framework. Your contributions will help address complex health challenges and reduce barriers to care faced by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and treatment per Ontario standards
- Consult with Nurse Practitioners on specific cases
- Document patient charts and participate in case conferences
- Engage in health promotion initiatives and team meetings
- Support on-call services during evenings and weekends

Requirements:

- Medical degree and provincial certification are mandatory
- Membership in the Ontario Medical Association
- Experience with diverse populations in a team environment
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
