You will report directly to the HSE Manager and engage with stakeholders to enhance the safety framework. This position supports the production of the DHC-515 aircraft, promoting a safe work setting and fostering commitment to health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve H&S; programs specifically for DHC-515 assembly
- Oversee compliance audits and manage risk assessments
- Guide the implementation of safety training initiatives
- Maintain incident management systems and reporting
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workspace safety

Requirements:

- 5+ years of program management level experience
- 10+ years in Health & Safety roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Direct experience with emergency response plans
- Significant understanding of regulatory compliance
