In this role, your main responsibility is to lead the data science team while working directly with machine learning applications for advanced recycling initiatives. Your leadership will guide architectural decisions and mentor the team. Engage in hands-on coding while collaborating with Engineering and R&D; departments to translate research into production-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design machine learning architectures based on scientific requirements
- Develop and assess deep learning models for spectral analysis




- Construct data pipelines in both local and AWS environments
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and engineers
- Ensure proper documentation to assist compliance needs

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in data science or applied ML
- Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong background in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
- Proficient in PyTorch and computer vision techniques
