As Head of Retail Education, you will lead a team of four professionals dedicated to enhancing product knowledge and client development. Your focus will be on creating impactful training programs while partnering with cross-functional teams to support seasonal launches and business objectives. By championing the CHANEL brand culture, you will elevate client experiences across all points of sale.
Key Responsibilities:



- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Retail Education professionals - Design and implement engaging training programs for staff and partners - Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on the annual education calendar - Ensure explicit and actionable communication between field and corporate teams - Assess and address learning needs through tailored coaching
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years in retail education or similar roles - Strong experience in luxury retail and brand culture - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proficient in digital learning tools and techniques - Ability to travel across Canada for training sessions
