They are currently seeking a Manager of Off‑Site Operations to join their team in Vancouver. The Manager of Off‑Site Operations will play a key role in overseeing customer service and off‑site operational activities. This position ensures seamless service delivery to clients by managing a dedicated team of Customer Service Managers, off‑site employees, and external freight/logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide guidance to Customer Service Managers and off-site employees, including leads and supervisors.
- Manage the relationship and performance of the freight contractor, ensuring on‑time delivery and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with external contract managers from health authorities.
- Implement best practices to deliver exceptional off‑site services at hospitals and long‑term care facilities.
- Monitor and enhance operational performance to meet customer service goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain or operations, particularly in logistics or labor‑intensive and complex service industries.
