The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years' of experience in financial management, with a strong background in M&A;, and a proven track record in complex, multi-sector organizations. Experience in managing corporate functions beyond finance and a positive understanding of the cooperative model are significant assets. The role requires a strategic leader with excellent communication skills, inspiring leadership, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. A CPA designation is an asset, and fluency in French is essential, with knowledge of English being an additional asset.
