As the Practice Group Talent Manager for the North America Dispute Resolution Group, you will collaborate with the Practice Group Leader and Business Manager. You will oversee performance management, support matriculation, and coordinate talent mapping processes. This role is perfect for candidates with a keen interest in driving legal talent initiatives forward in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins
• Coordinate promotions and the matriculation process
• Facilitate talent mapping discussions with PGLs




• Act as a liaison for integration of new attorneys
• Provide career development coaching and advice
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Talent or Professional Development
• Extensive experience in Talent Management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of the professional development community is an asset
