Salary: $40.00 to $46.71 hourly (to be negotiated), 40 hours/week

Responsibilities
Repair or replace defective machinery parts, perform routine maintenance work on machinery, read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
Job Duties
- Accomplish the repair and overhaul of General Electric and/or Siemens industrial gas turbines, ensuring that this work is carried out in accordance with the applicable OEM manuals, TCT specifications and procedures, and standard industry practices;
- Hands on disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and/or assembly of the various product types as required to achieve shop production schedules. Make ongoing work scope recommendations based upon shop floor observations;
- Work with production control and materials management to facilitate the flow of material through the shop;
- Deliver high level technical and personal mentorship to less experienced Gas Turbine Technicians within the team;
- Perform in field maintenance, repairs, and inspections on installed units.

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Area of specialization: Troubleshooting, bearing, seals and packing

Other
College diploma in related discipline required; demonstrated track record in similar technical role required; strong comprehensive understanding of Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) maintenance, repair, and overhaul methodology and related processes required; minimum of three years direct experience with General Electric and/or Siemens gas turbines (RB211, AVON, LM2500, LM6000) preferred.
