Key Responsibilities:



• Provide secure and respectful personal care • Communicate effectively with clients and families • Apply critical thinking skills in care situations • Organize and prioritize assigned workloads • Document care using an electronic charting system

Requirements: • Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course • Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license • Basic Computer skills: MS Word and Outlook • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
