This role provides the opportunity to work with a highly engaged, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment on a significant transformation that has enterprise reach and impact.What will you do?End-to-end accountability for strengthening, simplifying, standardizing and evolving key components of the 'End-to-End Procurement Lifecycle' workstream which is a foundational workstream of the overall transformationEvolve procurement policies, processes, procedures and controls that span across the full lifecycleDeliver key risk and governance activities in support of the Team's broader mandate.Partner across the Team and Transformation – specifically drive key strategic initiatives within the End-to-End Procurement Lifecycle workstreamLead initiatives that enable effective risk management and governance across the TeamWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:5+ years of experience in policy, process, control and procedure (re)design and deliveryExperience with risk management and governance frameworks and practicesExperience leading high-impact and complex initiatives, working horizontally and influencing change across multiple stakeholdersStrong storytelling, communication and change management capabilitiesThe ability to identify opportunities, prioritize work efforts,
