In this evergreen position, Carecor Health Services seeks dedicated Child and Youth Workers (CYWs) to support children with diverse needs in the Greater Toronto Area. Your focus will be on delivering person-centered support, enhancing resilience, and fostering independence. You will collaborate with young people to address behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges while ensuring a safe environment for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to youth with complex needs
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility




• Implement crisis intervention and behavior management strategies
• Encourage social skills development through programming
• Document and report changes in behavior and well-being
Requirements:
• CYW diploma or related education preferred
• Experience with behavioral and emotional support
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
