Recruitment Partners is seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership while mentoring and developing a Controller into a confident, business‐focused finance leader. This role combines executive‐level financial oversight with hands‐on coaching, leadership development, and succession planning to strengthen the overall finance function.This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations through the Controller, providing strategic guidance to leadership, strengthening financial planning and analysis capabilities, and developing the Controller's leadership, communication, and business partnering skills. The Fractional CFO acts as a mentor, advisor, and accountability partner while supporting long‐term organizational growth and scalability.The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior finance leadership experience, solid coaching and mentorship capabilities, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
