The Design Consultant is responsible for collaborating with our teams from Design, Operations, Manufacturing, and Installation to create one‑of‑a‑kind kitchen designs.
Main Responsibilities
- Promotion and sale of our products and services to retail customers, renovators, and small home builders
- Design of dream kitchens as per the needs of the client
- Order management
- Customer support
- Prospecting for current business and accounts as required
- Measure Mark outs of sites
- Inspections of installations

Skills and Abilities
- An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design, and a drive for success
- Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
Education and/or Training
- Working knowledge of building codes and compliance issues
- A degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an asset
- Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen design and sales
- Experience in design software such as 2020 Design Technologies, AutoCAD, etc.
- A valid driver'ss license (and vehicle)
