• Source and negotiate rates with carriers for optimal service
• Manage the scheduling of pickups and deliveries
• Facilitate communication between customer service and warehouse

• Provide assistance and resolve issues for clients
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in 3PL logistics
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and TMS/ERP systems
