Dexterra Group is seeking Cook 1s for a fly-in/fly-out remote camp operation near Amos, Quebec. These cooks will prepare meals for camp workers, supervise a team, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is experienced in team management, adaptable to remote environments, and comfortable with a 14/14 rotation schedule.

What You’ll Need

- Diploma in hotel management, catering, or equivalent technical training/experience




- Experience preparing vegetarian cuisine
- MAPAQ Hygiene and Sanitation Manager training strongly recommended
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management
- Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote settings on regular rotations
- Compliance with health and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Use of personal protective equipment as required

What Will Make You Stand Out
