Product Industrilization Manager in

we’re looking for? Your future role
Lead industrialization across full lifecycle from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) through production and product lifecycle. Ensure industrial readiness, manufacturability, and alignment to Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) while bridging engineering intent and shopfloor execution. Main Responsibilities:
Concurrent Engineering & DFM
Drive DFM/DFT and ensure manufacturability Define industrial requirements and product industrial scheme Industrialization & Readiness
Lead FAR, FMR, SMR milestones Define MBOM and industrial processes Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation actions Methods & Tooling
Lead design/deployment of tools and jigs Ensure practical, repeatable shopfloor methods APSYS & Continuous Improvement
Lead APSYS deployment and maturity Improve SQCD performance (FPY, OTD, Lead Time, Cost) Production & Lifecycle
Ensure manufacturability and sustainability Optimize cost, lead time, and quality Support root cause analysis and corrective actions All about you
