About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you are a key leader in delivering high‑quality care. Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions
- Develop and implement person‑centred care plans
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance
- Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- In good standing with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) or eligible for membership
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Food Safe Certificate
- Experience as a nurse in a long‑term care environment, preferably
Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
