Millbrook First Nation in Truro, NS is seeking a Community Health Nurse (CHN). Reporting to the Director of Health & Social Services, you will work with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver culturally protected, trauma-informed care in clinics, homes, and community settings. You will lead wellness education, coordinate home visits and clinics, support maternal, child, school, and chronic health programs, and build trusting relationships with members while upholding
