You will manage bids, project execution, and client negotiations while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your expertise in operations and maintenance, coupled with a solid background in sales, will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bids for Small service and O&M; opportunities • Lead contract negotiations with clients • Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time project execution • Develop performance monitoring tools and KPIs • Conduct customer visits and promotional activities
Requirements: • 5-10 years in project management and business development • Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering • Knowledge of the hydro market in Canada • Proven track record in large project management • Fluency in French and English required
