Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to resolve utility billing inquiries • Process change of ownership into billing software • Interact with law firms for conflict resolution • Prepare monthly correspondence and email tracking reports • Calculate and approve billing adjustments for accounts
Requirements: • Three years of experience in utility billing or call centers • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel • Familiarity with billing systems is an asset • Satisfactory Level 1 Criminal Record Check required
