We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you will work in the showroom as a Receptionist for three days per week and spend three days generating sales through appointments, networking, community outreach, and customer visits.

This position offers a competitive base salary for showroom duties, plus an attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential for sales.

Responsibilities Showroom Reception (3 Days/Week)

- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Schedule in-home consultations and estimate appointments.
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and presentation.
- Explain basic product features and promotions.




- Follow up with customer leads and maintain the CRM.
- Prepare quotations and assist with administrative tasks.
- Generate new residential and commercial leads.
- Visit homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Attend community events and networking opportunities.
- Conduct in-home consultations and measurements (training provided).
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is completed.
- Build long‑term relationships and seek referrals.

Qualifications

- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an asset).
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, CRM).
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle for field sales.
- Self-motivated and goal‑oriented.

Compensation

- Base salary/hourly pay for showroom receptionist duties.
- High commission on sales.
- Performance bonuses.
