The City of Niagara Falls is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service through a centralized, multi-channel approach at City locations. Under supervision, you will handle inquiries, perform a broad range of customer service tasks, and process financial transactions and registrations, including EFT/EDI and payments. Availability to work evenings/weekends is required.
