In this permanent, unionized role with Springboard, you'll deliver essential support to youth aged 12-24 in the Attendance Program. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive intake, case management, and coordination of programs targeting emotional regulation and healthy relationships. Emphasizing trauma-informed methods, you'll empower youth with the skills needed for personal growth and social integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessment and planning for youth referrals • Build strength-based relationships promoting engagement • Use crisis intervention strategies during youth distress • Facilitate programming at our TDSB partnership sites • Maintain communication with youth and referral sources
Requirements: • Diploma in Social Work or related field • Minimum 2 years' experience with youth • Knowledge of youth justice issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening
