You're motivated to join a growing and dynamic team.Job DescriptionCommercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives and client requirements.Contract Management: Oversee administration of major contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements; ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Risk & Claims Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks; lead claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.Financial Oversight: Support cost forecasting, cash flow management, and commercial reporting in collaboration with finance and project controls teams.Change Management: Manage commercial impacts of scope changes and variations; maintain rigorous change control processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary commercial interface with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies; provide executive-levelreporting.Team Leadership:
