Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a excellent shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well‑stocked, and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash,



and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30‑50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills are required
