Oversee Land Development project delivery from design through construction as Project Engineer/Project Manager Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, cost estimates, and progress oversight to meet deliverables, scope, and budget Coordinate with design teams, sector leads, Project Managers, departments, and sub-consultants Manage project teams of designers and technicians Assist with project specifications and cost estimates Prepare technical drawings and reports for stormwater management, functional servicing, watermain and sewer systems, site grading/servicing, drainage, roads, utilities, and transit projects Conduct servicing studies and environmental assessments, including hydraulic modelling, condition assessments, sewer capacity analysis, construction costing, and life-cycle project costing Review, approve, and seal engineering drawings and technical reports Represent LEA in meetings with clients and stakeholders Participate in preparing Land Development, Municipal, and Transit proposals Participate in training activities and provide technical training to team members Support other Civil projects for Municipal, Transit, and MTO projects Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering 4–8 years of relevant consulting experience in Land Development Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) Ability to work in a fast-paced,



agile environment and meet tight deadlines Ability to complete multiple project tasks Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment Self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning Strong project management skills and experience leading and delivering complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to liaise effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and other departments Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and designers Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends, software, and technology Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Land Development project delivery, including project management, technical drawing preparation, and environmental assessments.
