Make a difference in the lives of young clients as part of a Child and Youth Mental Health team. The Registered Clinician will provide essential psychotherapy, counseling, and clinical assessments in a full-time capacity.
As a committed mental health professional, your focus will be on meeting the diverse needs of children and adolescents. This role requires candidates to hold a Master's Degree, be in good standing with the regulatory colleges, and possess strong interpersonal abilities. Your innovative approaches and collaborative spirit will enhance the effectiveness of the care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling for children and families
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Communicate clearly with clients and families
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Eligible for registration with professional health colleges
• Experience in children’s mental health is vital
• Bilingual (English/French) is necessary
• Valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle
