POSITION SUMMARY

An important part of our Food & Beverage team, the Stand Leads are responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of a concourse stand. Leads provide coaching and guidance to Attendants and Cooks to ensure fans receive excellent service. This is a part‑time, hourly, events‑based position.

SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead a team of Attendants and Cooks in a Concourse Stand at the Rogers Forum to provide exceptional service to fans and guests.
- Responsible for inventory and product during hockey games and concerts working closely with all departments at the arena.
- Other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading others in a food service environment is required.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends,



and holidays with various start times.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.
- Experience in a high‑volume service setting is an asset.
- Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required.
- Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
