We are full service dental practice, providing services ranging from Laser, restorative, cosmetic and pediatric dentistry, to dental Implants, periodontics, endodontics, botox treatments and much more.Led by Dr Perry Kreway, we are very proud of our 4.9 Google Star rating!

Our team of general dentists and clinicians are highly regarded in their field, bring extensive experience to provide all patients with the highest quality of dental care services. Our dental health professionals regularly attend courses and dental conventions and are member of various professional dental associations to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

The wage for thisHygiene Coordinatorposition is $23-$25 _ /hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

- Optimizethe dailyDental Hygieneappointment schedule(s)to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
- Encourage patient acceptance of thedentaltreatment plan by meeting their needs, answeringquestionsand creating value for the proposed treatment
- Present treatment options,reviewpayment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patientsto case acceptance
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust andloyalty
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

About You:

- Minimum2yearsexperienceas aDental Administrator isrequired
- Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patientsisrequired
- Experience with dental software programs isrequired
- Clinical background is considered an asset
