Niagara Casinos is hiring a Noodle Bar Cook on a fixed-term contract. The role requires 2–3 years of Asian cuisine experience, Cantonese and Mandarin language ability, and a Food Protected Handling certificate. The cook will prepare dishes from raw to finished state, ensure safety and sanitation, rotate stock, and support a high-volume casino operation. The position offers an on-site role with shifts including holidays, weekends, and afternoons or midnights.
