In this role, you will report to the Continuous Improvement Director, focusing on implementing Lean Construction tools and best practices within Aecon's projects. Responsibilities include managing CI initiatives, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and overseeing a team to deliver improved project outcomes. You will transform our operational approach to ensure the successful execution of the Darlington Recent Nuclear Project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement core Continuous Improvement strategies and tools
• Manage project-based CI team and schedules




• Lead stakeholder meetings for CI initiatives
• Facilitate Lean training across teams
• Oversee waste reduction programs and data implementation
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Certified Lean Greenbelt; Black Belt preferred
• 5+ years in lean construction and tools
• 7-10 years of related experience
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
