POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a resident concierge for a building located in Ville Saint-Laurent. Are you known for being versatile, positive with your hands, and highly organized? Youre the person were looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be available to respond to emergencies

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Clean entryways and common areas





Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Keep the work environment clean

Maintain and clean the premises

Maintain property areas and systems

Maintain the garden

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants

Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
