Providing hands-on support, training and direction to Line Cooks and Second Cooks while on station to ensure the final product is presented according to specification Ensuring food ingredients are safely stored in their designated area and rotated in a proper manner Enforcing health & safety and hygiene standards Reporting details of equipment maintenance problems and/or concerns Contributing to the creative design of menus Following established recipes and demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in food service and production Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has:
